Accounts not listed on JetBackup 5 Panel

JetBackup 5 now operates using the jetbackup5d daemon. This service runs automated tasks every 3 hours that will automatically sync all the accounts on your control panel into the JetBackup database. JetBackup 5 will also sync specific accounts when a panel hook is triggered for modify/creation/deletion. If you ever find that the JetBackup Accounts Page incorrectly displays the number of accounts or the accounts are being listed as orphan/suspended when they really are not. Then please try restarting the jetbackup5d service using the following command:

service jetbackup5d restart

To further debug this issue, you may check the jetbackupd.log located at /usr/local/jetapps/var/log/jetbackup5/jetbackupd.log. This log will contain information regarding the Sync Account Tasks and provide any PHP/API errors JetBackup may have encountered while trying to sync the accounts.
