[SGBP Legacy] How do I restore SGBP Backups / Where do I download JBWP v2?

SGBP Backup Files are only restorable in JBWP v2.0.X, or Backup-Guard Legacy 1.X.

If possible, we do recommend generating new backups in JetBackup for WordPress v3 or newer to take advantage of the standardized .tar.gz format for your backups! If you're performing a migration and the original site is a) online and b) using PHP 7.4+, you can install JetBackup WP v3 using the download link in your Client Area.

If you require v2.0.X as the original site is no longer online or specific content from the SGBP backup, please download it from your Client Area using the instructions below:

1. Login to your Client Area
2. From the Dashboard, you should see a "Your Active Products/Services" section.

3. Click the "→ My Services" link if you don't see your product listed
4. Click the "Downloads" button in the sidebar on the left

5. Find the JetBackup WP 2.0.X download

Then, you can install JetBackup WP v2, and restore your SGBP Backup File. If you need assistance with this, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'd be happy to help.
