We understand performing a Disaster Recovery is crucial. If you ever come across the error `No Recovery Option Available`, do not worry. This simply states that the destination you are trying to use for disaster recovery does not have the JBConfig Backups needed to perform a Disaster Recovery.
Please ensure that you are using all the same Destination Details you had set in your previous JetBackup installation. This includes:
- Destination Type
- Path to Backup Directory
Please note that the destination needed to have "Export JB Config" enabled in order to back up the Disaster Recovery backups to that destination.
Additionally, you may still restore your account backups manually without having to do a Disaster Recovery. Please follow the instructions below for your JetBackup Version
