Failed to Prepare Temporary Snapshot

The error: Failed to prepare temporary snapshot can appear for many different reasons. Please enable Debug Mode in Settings -> General to receive more information regarding this error. Here are some common reasons the error is made.

1. Error: User rate limit exceeded

This error occurs when a quota for user limit has been reached. Most commonly found when using Google Drive Destinations. Please check your user limits at your Google Console.

2. Error: File not accessible!

This error occurs most commonly when there is a destination issue. Try to validate your destination via the JetBackup Interface to see if there are any initial errors. Verify that the destination is enabled. With Dropbox destinations, this could be an issue with the file names. Please check to make sure file names match accordingly.

3. Error: Service Unavailable / Error: Internal Error (500)

This error commonly occurs with Google Drive Destinations. It indicates that the Google Drive servers are unreachable and retrying did not resolve the issue.
