Backups still exist on panel but not on destination.

If you decide to manually clear out your destination by removing the backups on the destination itself, you may find that the "backups" still appear on JetBackup Restore and Download. This is because JetBackup was unaware that the backups had been deleted. In order to fix this issue please run a reindex of the destination via JetBackup 5 » Destinations >> Destination name >> Reindex Destination. Doing so will resync the destination to JetBackup and properly display the correct number of backups that exist on the destination.
