To clarify, JetBackup 5 is not currently compatible with ARM-based processors. However, our development team is aware of this and has an open case to add ARM support in the future. Additionally, we have an open feature request that we recommend you vote on and add feedback as this helps us gauge demand and plan our roadmap accordingly: https://request.jetbackup.com/topic/679-arm64-processor-support
